🩷 How to Book Your Foot Care Appointment Online: (Note: If you are not an online person and this looks confusing, then give us a call at 905-991-3668 to book)

Step 1 – Scroll down to see appointment options in the blue boxes under the nurse’s profile. Choose the nursing foot care service you need to view available appointment times.

Step 2 – Select your appointment type and preferred date and time. • First visit: Choose Initial Assessment and select In-Home (nurse comes to your residence) or In Facility (retirement home, group home, or care setting). • Returning visit: Choose Follow-up for In-Home or In Facility.

Step 3 – Create or Sign In to Your Secure Client Profile powered by Jane App, the Electronic Health Record system used by Foot Care Canada. This profile is created for the person receiving foot care. *If a caregiver is booking for a parent or loved one, the caregiver does not create their own profile. Instead, they complete the client’s profile and may enter their own contact information as the primary contact for booking, reminders, and communication.

Step 4 – Complete Intake & Consent Forms. You may be asked to complete short intake or consent forms online so your Registered Nurse can prepare for safe care. If needed, forms can be completed at the first visit. If booking for a loved one and you hold Power of Attorney, please complete the consent form (it may be emailed to you).

Step 5 – Review Payment Options. Pay in person (cash, cheque, or credit card) or securely save a card for automatic billing (helpful for caregivers). No tax. No tips. No surprises. Nursing services are tax-exempt, and nurses do not accept gratuities. The listed price is the total you pay.

Step 6 – Confirmation & Reminders. You’ll receive an email confirmation and automatic reminders. After your appointment, you’ll receive a paid invoice (printed or emailed) for submission to health benefits if applicable.

Your Local Registered Nurse Foot Care Provider in Fort Erie.

Hello, I’m Jody Stapleton, a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of nursing experience and an Advanced Foot Care Nurse serving the Fort Erie area. I hold a Master’s Degree in International Public Health and founded Foot Care Canada to bring safe, professional, and compassionate in-home foot care directly to the people who need it most.

I moved to Fort Erie to be closer to my family. This community has special meaning to me—my grandfather, Dr Whiting, was a physician here many years ago. Today, I’m honoured to continue his legacy by caring for members of the same community he once served.

My nursing background includes Infectious Diseases, Public Health, Community Care, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics. With advanced training in foot care nursing, infection control, and sterile instrument reprocessing, I focus on prevention, comfort, and keeping your feet healthy so you can stay mobile and independent.

I believe foot care should never feel rushed. Each appointment is a chance to assess your foot health, provide education, and answer questions about your overall well-being. If something is outside my scope, I’ll help connect you with the right healthcare provider.

Outside of nursing, I enjoy golfing and travelling, which help me recharge and stay inspired. If you have any great travel stories, I would love to hear them!

At Foot Care Canada, my mission is simple: Prevent. Protect. Keep Moving. Providing in-home trusted Registered Nurse foot care in Fort Erie area.
